Job Details
RemoteThe Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Client Solutions will serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, lead complex pursuits, and build multi-year strategic programs across ServiceNow and complementary platforms. By working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and APEX partners, the VP will ensure GlideFast expands its presence, grows recurring revenue, and secures long-term partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
What is the role?
● Develop and own strategic roadmaps for key accounts, driving multi-year growth and transformation.
● Partner with account executives to create and execute structured account plans.
● Expand client footprint by identifying new opportunities across ServiceNow, Managed Services, and APEX-supported platforms (Workday, Infor, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
● Lead client executive briefings and strategic workshops.
● Translate business goals into actionable ServiceNow and multi-platform roadmaps.
● Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
● Lead complex pursuits from qualification through down-select presentations.
● Develop compelling proposals, competitive responses, and executive-level presentations.
● Command the room during client interactions, positioning GlideFast against competitors.
● Drive long-term, programmatic engagements across multiple workflows (ITSM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
● Package high-margin, multi-platform programs that maximize resource utilization.
● Ensure Managed Services is positioned as part of every major engagement.
● Collaborate with Sales, RFX, Delivery, and APEX to unify pursuit strategies.
● Connect client strategy with GlideFast’s and APEX’s solution capabilities.
● Enable sellers to scale their performance through pursuit discipline and repeatable playbooks.
What experience do you need for success?
● 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, SaaS solutioning, or strategic account leadership.
● Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with exposure to complementary platforms (Workday, Infor, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
● Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar pursuits and strategic account growth.
● Strong executive presence with experience advising and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
● Exceptional presentation, visualization, and storytelling skills.
● Proven ability to lead competitive RFP/proposal efforts and win complex deals.
● Experience positioning and selling Managed Services or recurring revenue models preferred.
