Description
The System Administrator at GlideFast Consulting will collaborate with the internal team to maintain and optimize GlideFast’s software systems. In this role, the System Administrator will serve as a resource for the Platform Architect and the greater team, assisting with internal projects by performing administrative tasks, generating reports, creating documentation, providing training, and offering support as needed. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, grow, and expand their expertise within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
* Perform administration support on internal systems * Assist with system (Space) enhancements * Assist the Platform Architect with day-to-day tasks and projects * Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments on time * Participate in team meetings by contributing ideas and insights * Assist with documentation and file organization* Obtain ServiceNow certifications as recommended * Participate in training, research, and skill-building activities to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge relevant to the role and the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
* Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform with a strong interest in learning and growing knowledge within the system * General understanding of software systems and IT concepts * Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* N/A
