Description
As a Process Trainer with GlideFast Consulting, you will be accountable for management, delivery, and creation of client and internal training. Utilizing best practices for effective curriculum development, you will participate in curriculum development projects to define requirements and assignments, review deliverables, complete project tasks, and communicate effectively with the client and team. Delivering training to clients and internal employees in multiple formats, both on-site and virtually, will be your primary objective.
Responsibilities
* Deliver custom trainings to clients and internal employees in a professional manner * Work in partnership with clients to provide best practice solutions to meet their training needs * Deliver high caliber training within the client and team’s timeline * Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset * Continue learning new training delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies * Assist Marketing Team with campaigns * Assist with designing training programs to improve necessary skills for all GlideFast employees * Establish leads for the GlideFast sales team * Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions * Work independently, as well as part of a team, using good communication and positive attitude, promoting our passionate and family-like GlideFast culture* Participate in GlideFast’s Share the Wealth learnings * Learn admin/developer skills in ServiceNow * Develop non-billable curriculum to create new classes for both internal and external * Create process improvements to make the training department more efficient * Ability and willingness to obtain necessary certifications to ensure alignment with evolving job requirements
Qualifications
* Experience in a dynamic corporate environment, actively participating in and contribution to regular meetings * Proficient in handling a communications and emails, demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage the fast-paced nature of corporate environments, showcasing the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders * Excellent customer service skills * Known for reliable and on-time meeting attendance, contributing to effective team collaboration * Highly adaptable individual with a talent for swiftly absorbing and applying new information* Self-motivated, disciplined professional able to function as a true business leader with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks * Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving * Excellent proficiency with English language: written, reporting, verbal/oral communication skills; must be an effective presenter * Proven troubleshooting skills * Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies * Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions * Excellent communications skills required – verbally with customers and all levels of the business, as well as written with technical assessments and project-related reports

The starting pay range for this role is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
