Description



* Deliver organisational requirements for Service Management dashboards and reports at all levels – operational, managerial and executive.

* Work with department/project team members by supporting them to help to make Data related decisions.

* Work with relevant colleagues from Service Governance, ServiceNow and other platforms, organisational BU/BFs to agree on reporting and dashboarding solutions, escalations, and delivery.

* Work under moderate guidance with your team to prioritize requirements within a clear framework.

* Plan own work to meet given goals and processes.

* Maintain relationships with team members in analyzing and supporting projects and ongoing operations.

 

Responsibilities

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)

* Lead a proactive function that exploits tools and data to bring executive level Data Visibility. * Work with multiple platforms such as ServiceNow reports, dashboards, performance analytics, Power BI and EDB

Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

* Ability to manage demand and priority * Align with org KPIs and produce reports/dashboards accordingly

Decision-making and Autonomy (The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-solving)

* Independently take decisions or provide recommendations on structuring reports and dashboards * Partner with Service Owners and leads to help realize value of services through reporting

Interaction (The span and nature of one’s engagement with others when performing one’s job, internal and external relationships)

* Drives Service Management process performance health governance * Partners closely across Service Management, Delivery and Platform teams

Complexity (Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerations)

* Assures that systems and technology enable the business and business processes, deliver information for decision making, or connect employees, customers, and suppliers with easy to use, available, reliable, serviceable, responsive and cost-effective systems and/or technology.

Produces dashboards and reports to support achievement/improvement of SLAs and KPIs

 

 

Qualifications

* Experience of managing outsourced service providers * Expert experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and SCRUM/Agile * Ability to work comfortably and diplomatically across departments within a large international corporate environment * Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including, managers and staff. * Ability to partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams. * Ability to adapt across multiple functions including internal and external teams. * Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated skills/results in the following:

* Communications * Accomplishing results through others

Business knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Certifications / Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant systems experience. * ITIL accredited *
