Our company consists of 500+ consultants who specialize in all facets of the ServiceNow Software as a Service (SaaS) and have accrued years of experience in real-world implementations.
GlideFast is seeking an experienced Management or Technology Consultant to take a lead role in refreshing one of our consulting domains, our Advisory Services practice. Our Advisory Services practice specializes in addressing unique business challenges presented by our clients, particularly those intricately tied to their ongoing ServiceNow digital transformation initiatives.
As part of our continuous improvement efforts at GlideFast, we are launching new sets of Advisory Services. The Management Consultant will spearhead the development of standardized methodology and collateral, overseeing its implementation across a comprehensive set of more than 10 advisory studies. We expect this effort to last four (4) months with a target launch date of early April 2024.

● Conduct in-depth interviews with GlideFast Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) engaged in the specified advisories
● Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend the nuances of ServiceNow digital transformation efforts and related challenges
● Develop a standardized methodology for GlideFast Consultants to follow during the study assessment process
● Create standardized customer inputs (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, data gathering requests) and outputs (deliverables) comparable to best-in-class consulting firm standards for each advisory study
● Develop launch materials for customer advisories, including pre-meeting preparation and kickoff documents
● Craft standard electronic survey questions tailored to various customer personas for polling during the advisory study phase
● Design standardized templates for customer stakeholder interviews
● Develop internal job aids for GlideFast consultants to ensure consistency
● Produce customer summary reports for each study type, covering executive summaries, risk management, capability matrices, next steps, recommendations, etc
● Plan of Engagement/Execution:
● We will kick off this consulting engagement with bi-directional expectations.
● Next, we will provide you an overview of our current services
● We will provide you with a high-level understanding of ServiceNow and why customers would subscribe to this technology
● We will supply materials that have been used historically in other engagements and studies.
● You will interview the stakeholders on what client inputs they would need to assess and provide a high quality advisory summary to our customers
● You will spend most of your time in building this collateral and outputs at a level that can either be immediately used, or refreshed slightly by a graphic designer (which we will provide)
● We expect you to stretch and provoke our thought on how we approach these studies and standardize the outputs so we have minimal variability.
● Finally, You will provide these assets in final form upon completion of this engagement.
What experience do you need for success?
● 15+ years of management and/or technology consulting
● 10+ years of experience in customer-facing advisory/consulting roles
● Program Management experience required
● Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to provoke innovative thinking
● High standards for quality outputs
● Ability to translate ideas and inputs into a polished and effective form
What will you bring with you?
● Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
● Relevant certifications or education in management and/or technology consulting
● Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable
