The  Managing Director- ServiceNow EMEA will be an integral force in driving the exponential growth of GlideFast’s business development, revenue growth, and success in the EMEA region.  The Managing Director will serve as the business development and delivery leader for GlideFast’s ServiceNow EMEA practice.  This position involves Practice Leadership, solution offering development, client relationship building, executive-level communications/presentations, reviewing and monitoring quality of client deliverables, supervising delivery teams, delivering client services, as well as scoping and estimating new engagements.  The Managing Director  will proactively identify, engage, and close new business while engaging with customers at every level of the sales cycle.  Responsibilities will span from envisioning and planning strategic solutions to overseeing their successful execution. As the  torchbearer of our ServiceNow practice in the EMEA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with clients, and play an instrumental role in establishing our footprint in this market.  Additionally, the Managing Director is expected to engage in thought leadership, actively participate in industry discourse, and remain at the vanguard of emerging trends.  

 

What is the role?

● Lead the  growth of GlideFast’s EMEA ServiceNow practice through business development, client relationship building, team development, and market positioning
● Spearhead revenue growth in the EMEA region for GlideFast by strategically identifying and engaging prospective clients, cultivating meaningful relationships, and positioning GlideFast’s offerings as essential drivers of business transformation
● Provide leadership and oversight of the technical team and oversee the overall delivery of professional services
● Define and execute the strategic vision for the ServiceNow practice, aligning with the company's overall goals
● Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards; monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise
● Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues
● The Managing Director  will be held accountable to: 


● Team’s resource plans and utilization to a consistent 85% utilization rate driving team to balanced financial performance
● Achieve consistent 40% operating margin of team (average per year)
● Employee engagement and retention 


● Lead a team – Develop personnel, measure performance, certifications, coach, mentor, address performance issues, manage hiring and terminations
● Establish and maintain a thought leadership position by actively participating in industry events, conferences, and forums, contributing insightful perspectives and representing the company's technological prowess
● Identify hiring needs- work with Talent Acquisition on interviewing and hiring of new team members
● Collaborate with leadership to continuously achieve key business goals and operating standards to enhance GlideFast reputation as the “Best in Class” ServiceNow partner
● Provide leadership for the GlideFast technical teams with guidance on improved delivery methodology and enhanced implementation strategies 
● Interpret and report on metrics related to team performance and success and initiate action to resolve issues
● Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and reputable customers

 

 

What experience do you need for success?


● 5+ years of Managing Director experience at a Professional Services Organization
● Experience managing, setting priorities, solving complex problems and selling in a consultative role
● A proven track record of successful sales and business development with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
● In-depth knowledge of the EMEA market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
● The capacity to think strategically, identify new business opportunities, and develop actionable plans for penetrating the EMEA market.
● Proven ServiceNow expertise, specifically with a strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions

 

 

What will you bring with you?


● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields (or equivalent work experience)
● IT industry based certifications (ITIL) a plus
● Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable
