As the Industry Advocate, you will leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, strategic insights, and communication skills to enhance our sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.
In addition you will be working with internal GF functional teams such as with Marketing, Sales, PreSales to drive programs and campaigns to foster sales growth and opportunities for GlideFast.

As a Sr Director, HR Digital Transformation with GlideFast Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team when engaging with potential and existing customers in the HR industry. As the Industry Advocate, you will leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, strategic insights, and communication skills to enhance our sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.In addition you will be working with internal GF functional teams such as with Marketing, Sales, PreSales to drive programs and campaigns to foster sales growth and opportunities for GlideFast.
● Provide subject matter expertise during client meetings, offering insights and recommendations that align with the client's needs and industry trends
● Participate in sales calls and meetings, webinars, and presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and industry knowledge
● Collaborate with Sales team, Marketing, and COE’s to strategize and tailor sales pitches, presentations, and proposals specifically for the industry
● Stay updated with the latest advancements, regulations, and best practices within the industry
● Serve as the go-to resource for both internal teams and clients regarding industry-related inquiries
● Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry
● Act as a trusted advisor to active and potential customers, offering strategic insights and thought leadership to help them achieve their business goals
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create industry-specific content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars
● Contribute to thought leadership pieces that showcase the company's expertise in solving industry-specific challenges
● Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify areas of differentiation and innovation
● Provide feedback to the delivery team based on industry insights, ensuring that the company's offerings remain relevant and competitive
What experience do you need for success?
● Comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources industry landscape, including trends, challenges, opportunities, and key players
● 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources practitioner, with a proven track record of success
● Proven track record of successfully participating in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating expertise in navigating and contributing to the implementation process to achieve streamlined HR operations
● Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate industry knowledge into effective sales strategies
● Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in using industry-specific tools, software, and technologies
What will you bring with you?
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related fields (or equivalent work experience)
● Maintain active government security clearance if applicable
The starting pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
