As a Recruiter with GlideFast Consulting, you will manage your own portfolio of candidates through searching, sourcing and screening potential candidates. You will assist with the full cycle recruiting process from the first touch point through screening, interviewing and salary negotiation, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.  Your main objective is to find talented and qualified candidates that will assist in GlideFast’s business development and exponential growth building the pipeline needed to handle the companys’ complex and vibrant resourcing needs.  

 

What is the role?

As a Recruiter with GlideFast Consulting, you will manage your own portfolio of candidates through searching, sourcing and screening potential candidates. You will assist with the full cycle recruiting process from the first touch point through screening, interviewing and salary negotiation, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.  Your main objective is to find talented and qualified candidates that will assist in GlideFast’s business development and exponential growth building the pipeline needed to handle the companys’ complex and vibrant resourcing needs.  


● Creatively source and attract candidates using a wide variety of  job sites, social media, LinkedIn groups, communities, etc. 
● Conduct thorough interviews to assess and screen candidates effectively for various job openings with a particular emphasis on related skills, cultural fit and overall suitability for the role
● Collaborate with hiring managers and resourcing on a regular basis and proactively identify immediate and future hiring needs                                      
● Plan and schedule candidate interviews throughout the full interview cycle using good communication with the team and candidate                                                                                                        
● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
● Utilize creative thinking to improve recruiting strategies and candidate sourcing
● Meticulously update the ATS with applicant data and information to ensure proper documentation for future reference 
● Maintain an active and warm candidate pipeline in anticipation of future hiring needs
● Support process improvement initiatives, taking a supportive role as necessary to propel them forward

 

 

What experience do you need for success?


● 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with preference to 1  year of  experience recruiting for technology-based roles
● Proven record of qualifying candidates according to hiring manager and GlideFast requirements
● Ability to apply creative recruiting techniques with experience in online/social media recruiting
● Ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition
● Experience in salary negotiation and other aspects of offer management 
● Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and external partners

 

 

What will you bring with you?


● Maintain AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
