As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with GlideFast Consulting, you will be an integral force in driving the exponential growth of business development and success.  You will seek out and engage with potential customers about ServiceNow products and professional services provided by GlideFast Consulting; building our customer base in order to drive revenue. The ISR will aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities and prospects through cold calling, email and web-based initiatives.  You will work with internal resources to develop your sales plan to surpass your designated goals.  

 

What is the role?

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with GlideFast Consulting, you will be an integral force in driving the exponential growth of business development and success.  You will seek out and engage with potential customers about ServiceNow products and professional services provided by GlideFast Consulting; building our customer base in order to drive revenue. The ISR will aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities and prospects through cold calling, email and web-based initiatives.  You will work with internal resources to develop your sales plan to surpass your designated goals.  


● Perform consistent aggressive identification and qualification of new business opportunities and prospects through cold calling, email and web-based initiatives 
● Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships 
● Create and foster sales relationships through discovery calls
● Engage with potential customers about ServiceNow products and services provided by GlideFast Consulting; building our customer base in order to drive revenue
● Collaborate with internal resources to develop sales plan 
● Leverage the CRM (ServiceNow) to track and prioritize sales activities and build/update our customer and prospect database
● Consistently and effectively contribute qualified leads to the sales pipeline

 

 

What experience do you need for success?


● 1+ year(s) in a related sales position
● Ability to effectively communicate with developers and high-level professionals about technology and consulting services

 

 

What will you bring with you?


● BA/BS Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
