Hybrid: Cincinnati, OhioGlideFast Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2+ years of hands-on HR administrative experience who can step in on day one and provide immediate support to our HR team. This position will focus heavily on HR administration, coordination, and operational support in a fast-paced, environment. The ideal candidate will be located in the Cincinnati area for a hybrid role consisting of both in-office and remote work.
What is the role?
● Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of HR and HR team
● Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
● Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
● Coordinate new hire documentation, background checks, and I-9 verification
● Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
● Assist with payroll coordination and data audits as needed
● Help track compliance requirements, policies, and HR documentation
● Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related trainings
● Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
What experience do you need for success?
● Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
● Familiarity with remote or distributed teams
● Exposure to benefits administration, payroll coordination, or compliance support
Work Schedule & Location
● Part-time hours (flexible, to be discussed)
● Temporary assignment for approximately 3 months
● Hybrid position- Cincinnati, Ohio office
