We are seeking a motivated and product-passionate ITOM CoE Lead to drive the evolution, adoption, and continuous improvement of our product-specific delivery frameworks around product-specific CoEs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on shaping best practices, maintaining/sharing our internal knowledge and experience, driving and championing excellence—without the need for direct people management.
What is the role?
● Lead the creation, refinement, and rollout of product-specific frameworks, standards, and delivery accelerators that are product/domain specific, but as part of Delivery 2.0 methodology.
● Work with leadership to drive our leadership in the product-area
● Identify areas for improvement and propose scalable, repeatable solutions.
● Support knowledge-transfer efforts, including playbooks and enablement sessions.
● Serve as a subject-matter advocate for product quality, delivery maturity, and process optimization - externally and internally.
What experience do you need for success?
● Strong passion for a specific product area or platform (e.g., ServiceNow modules, apps, or domain specialties).
● A desire to lead initiatives, influence outcomes, and set a high bar for delivery excellence—without formal people-leader responsibilities.
● Ability to take on this challenge in addition to billable consultative work

● Strong thought leadership in the ITOM domain
