Description
This role combines the responsibilities of driving the strategic direction of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules with leading the user experience (UX) and mobile initiatives to enhance the usability and accessibility of our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces and optimizing mobile experiences while aligning them with business goals.
Responsibilities
* Act as the Product Owner for ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog * Lead the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces and mobile solutions to improve the overall user experience of IT services * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the alignment of ITSM and UX/mobile initiatives with business objectives * Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance the usability and effectiveness of ITSM and mobile applications * Customize and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet user needs and enhance service delivery efficiency * Drive the development of mobile applications and responsive designs to provide seamless access to IT services on various devices * Provide guidance and training to IT teams on UX best practices, mobile design principles, and ServiceNow ITSM functionalitiesMaintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releasesBuild on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
Qualifications
* Proven experience in ITSM product ownership and UX/mobile design leadership roles * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, UX design principles, and mobile development technologies * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and drive innovation in IT service delivery * Experience in Agile methodologies and user-centered design approaches is a plus* Self-motivated, disciplined professional able to function as a true business leader with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks * Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving * Excellent proficiency with English language: written, reporting, verbal/oral communication skills; must be an effective presenter * Proven troubleshooting skills * Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies * Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions * Excellent communications skills required – verbally with customers and all levels of the business, as well as written with technical assessments and project-related reports
Certifications / Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experienceServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) certification is preferred
