RemoteThe Director of Talent Acquisition will have a strategic “seat at the table” with executive leadership and report to the Chief People Officer. This role is one of the most critical and strategic roles we can hire for in order to keep our title as the dominant employer in our industry (we are a highly recognized and admired Elite ServiceNow Consultancy) and to scale our business successfully to 1,000 employees and beyond. As a Consulting/Services business - people are our product. This role serves as the “tip of the spear” for our business and successful delivery to our customers cannot happen without a leader driving our efforts to have the right talent at the right time.
