RemoteThe Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for managing the human capital of the organization, ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. The CPO will have responsibility for managing the HR function in a company, acting as the top people strategist within GlideFast. The CPO optimizes people-centered activities such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits to ensure these efforts support GlideFast’s goals, growth, and bottom line.
As CPO you will serve as an advisor, consultant, and advocate for executive team members. Additionally, the CPO will be the champion of integrating the GlideFast Consulting brand into our corporate culture. As part of this role, the CPO will be expected to provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly.
