RemoteAs the Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation with Pharicode, you will be serving in a dual Pre-Sales and Delivery capacity. For Pre-Sales efforts, it will include leading Pre-Sales efforts for ServiceNow engagements. For Service Delivery, it will be in a Technical Architecture role. You will also work closely with Pharicode’s Professional Services team to deliver highly successful engagements and determine the best offerings for our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills as well as a broad technical and process knowledge across a wide portfolio of Pharicode’s services and products. In addition, this role requires a proven track record in architecting, designing and participating in the delivery of complex ServiceNow projects. The Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation must be passionate about documenting best practices, standards, and points of view on technical topics while also ensuring consistency and repeatability of our technical solution development.
