RemoteThe Director of Cloud Services (DCS) has overall responsibility for cloud service delivery and associated cloud managed services. The DCS will oversee the Cloud Customer Engagement and Cloud Operations Teams and will work with the Cloud Technical Lead to and coordinate the delivery of cloud services. This position will be responsible for establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner and overseeing continual improvement of the technical framework within the cloud construct. The DCS reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
