RemoteAs a Senior Business Process Consultant at GlideFast Consulting, you will partner with a diverse range of organizations to help them drive efficiency and gain greater value through the ServiceNow platform. In this strategic role, you will lead process discovery, reengineering, and optimization initiatives by designing repeatable and scalable solutions that align with enterprise goals and follow industry best practices. You will be responsible for documenting and prioritizing business requirements, translating strategic objectives into actionable solutions, and supporting the delivery of implementations that improve how work is managed across the organization. Your expertise will be key to ensuring project success and maximizing long-term value for our clients.
What is the role?
● Prepare and lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and solution design
● Partner with technical resources to deliver and facilitate process-centric workshops (in person or virtually), clearly communicate process recommendations, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
● Capture, validate, and clearly communicate business, functional, and process requirements throughout the customer engagement
● Identify areas of process and/or platform improvement and recommend solutions to gain process efficiencies, improve long-term platform sustainability, and increase adoption rates
● Advise customers on ServiceNow tools, features, and processes that can enhance their use of the platform and deliver additional business value
● Design and deliver customized ServiceNow solution demonstrations aligned with customer objectives, highlighting key metrics and KPIs to clearly demonstrate business value
● Manage multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously across various customers and areas of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and ongoing review of project artifacts and documentation
● Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
● Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
● Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time
What experience do you need for success?
● 4+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform across implementations or solution delivery
● 4+ years of consulting experience, working directly with clients to deliver business or technical solutions
● Advanced knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe methodologies, with experience applying these frameworks in the context of ServiceNow implementations
● Expert knowledge of at least one ServiceNow suite and intermediate knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites
● Extensive experience writing user stories and refining requirements, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable items and align them with ServiceNow capabilities
● Advanced presentation skills, including the creation and delivery of professional PowerPoint presentations
What will you bring with you?
● Certified System Administrator (CSA)
● CIS in two (2) ServiceNow modules
● Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
● Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable
The starting pay range for this role is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
