As an Engagement Manager with GlideFast Consulting, you will be accountable for the management and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.  You will provide oversight and management of resources, as well as scope, schedule and cost related to projects. Utilizing best practices for effective project management, you will lead project management and operational support activities to define work schedules and assignments, review deliverables, manage discrepancies and communicate effectively with the customer and team.

 

What is the role?


● Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
● Lead ServiceNow implementation projects using the GlideFast Engagement Methodology and ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF), ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
● Proactively manage project governance including RIDAC items, budget tracking, schedule adherence, and scope management to drive successful outcomes
● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and resource forecasts while keeping PPM and related tools updated with project status, risks, and issues
● Drive clear communication with clients and leadership through weekly status reporting, risk management, and proactive issue resolution
● Oversee the creation and delivery of project collateral such as kickoff decks, meeting notes, and implementation documentation, ensuring timely distribution and centralized storage
● Facilitate discovery workshops to validate requirements and align business objectives with technical solutions
● Collaborate with Solution Consultant, BPC’s, and developers to deliver high-quality, best practice solutions that achieve measurable results and positive client feedback
● Act as the primary liaison and escalation point for clients, advising on strategic initiatives, participating in customer success reviews, and driving consistently strong CSAT scores
● Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
● Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
● Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time

 

 

What experience do you need for success?


● 2+ years experience in project/program management
● 1+ year(s) professional consulting experience

 

 

What will you bring with you?


● Agile/SAFe Scrum Master certification
● Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
● Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable

 


The starting pay range for this role is $125,000.00 - $155,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
