Description

As a Financial Services Architect at GlideFast Consulting, you will be responsible for leveraging extensive expertise in the Financial industry to facilitate and enhance the success of our valued clients. We seek an individual possessing a wealth of Financial Services industry experience, able to showcase an in-depth understanding of various banking operations, including but not limited to Treasury, Deposit, and Payment processes, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of the multifaceted aspects that define success in the dynamic financial sector.

You will lead the development of ServiceNow Financial Services Operations, spearhead solutions in multiple areas, craft technical architectures, actively participate in planning and scrum ceremonies, provide technical best practices, and stay current with certifications for continual professional development.

 

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs, showcasing the ability to write and create custom elements such as business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scriptsLead in the development efforts of solutions within the realm of ServiceNow Financial Services Operations as well as specialization in (3) or more of the following:

ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR, ITOM, or other additional products)Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, or other additional products)

Lead customer workshops and assist with demos as well as gathering technical and functional requirements.Create overall technical architecture, including design documentation and process flows, for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirementsReview developers’ code and provide recommendations/best practices to ensure successPartner with Business Process Consultants and attend requirements review and validation sessions as requiredParticipate in scrum ceremonies Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback from clients

 

Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillsetUtilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skillsMaintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releasesMaintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactionsContinue learning service delivery solutions, technologies and methodologiesUphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.Provide relevant expertise in Centers of Excellence (COE)Provide interview support as needed

 

Qualifications

15+ years of comprehensive experience in the financial services industry, showcasing a deep understanding of banking operations5+ years of specialized experience in IT, specifically within the realm of Banking Operations, demonstrating a unique blend of technical and operational prowessDemonstrate a nuanced understanding of diverse banking operations such as Treasury, Deposit, and Payment processes, underlining your comprehensive grasp of the financial industrySkillfully integrate Customer's banking processes into ServiceNow using industry best practices, demonstrating a keen ability to align technology with operational needsStay abreast of the latest in ServiceNow FSO Product Architecture, ensuring a robust foundation for efficient and effective service deliveryLeverage your consulting experience to provide strategic insights, adding value to both the organization and its clienteleShowcase a track record of successfully leading and directing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex project landscapesDemonstrate adeptness in delegating tasks to subordinate or less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentDisplay strong decision-making abilities coupled with strategic thinking, contributing to the organization's overall successPlace a robust emphasis on prioritizing client satisfaction and needs, ensuring a client-centric approach in all endeavorsShowcase a proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams, contributing to a positive and results-oriented organizational culture

Certifications / Education

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application (CAD) Developer Certifications Required At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certification Required Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience

 

The starting pay range for this role is $140,000.00 - $180,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
